Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Addtocart Logistics, operated by Golden Grains Foodstuff Trading LLC (GGFT), Dubai, UAE (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Addtocart Logistics provides logistics and supply chain services, including but not limited to:
- Warehousing and pallet storage (dry, chilled, frozen)
- Inventory handling and management
- Transportation and delivery services
- After-hours and night logistics services
- Optional product listing and resale services via Addtocart.ae
All services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
- Services are available to registered businesses only.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
- Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
3. Warehousing & Logistics Services
- Storage capacity, handling, and logistics services are provided subject to availability.
- Once services are initiated or capacity is reserved, they are non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring goods are properly packaged, labeled, and compliant with UAE regulations.
We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information, improper packaging, or regulatory non-compliance.
4. Product Listing & Resale Program (Optional)
Eligible clients may be offered the option to list products on Addtocart.ae, under which:
- GGFT may agree to purchase products at a mutually agreed wholesale price
- GGFT manages sales, fulfillment, logistics, and customer delivery
- Products are sold under GGFT’s commercial and operational framework
Participation in this program is subject to approval and separate commercial agreement.
5. Payments & Settlements
- Payments to clients under the resale program will be made within 30 days from the end of the agreed billing cycle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments are subject to successful order completion and absence of unresolved disputes.
- All logistics and service fees are payable as per agreed terms and invoices.
Late or non-payment may result in service suspension.
6. Pricing & Adjustments
- Prices are subject to change based on operational costs, storage duration, handling requirements, or regulatory changes.
- Any pricing changes will be communicated where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or billing errors.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
- Accurate product descriptions and specifications
- Compliance with UAE laws, including food safety regulations where applicable
- Timely communication regarding inventory, pickups, and deliveries
Addtocart Logistics is not responsible for delays or losses caused by client-provided inaccuracies.
8. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Addtocart Logistics and GGFT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the services provided for the specific transaction in question.
9. Service Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are breached
- Payments are overdue
- Services are misused
- Legal or regulatory risks arise
Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of GGFT or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
