Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy (Logistics & Marketplace Services)
Addtocart Logistics by GGFT, Dubai provides logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, and optional product listing and resale services. We do not operate as a traditional retail store selling directly to consumers. As such, standard product return and refund policies do not apply.
1. Logistics & 3PL Services (Non-Refundable)
All logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) services are service-based and non-refundable once initiated, including but not limited to:
- Warehousing and pallet storage (dry, chilled, frozen)
- Inventory handling, movement, and order processing
- Transportation and delivery services
- After-hours or night logistics bookings
- Administrative, handling, and documentation fees
Once a service has commenced or capacity has been reserved, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Optional Product Listing & Resale Program (Addtocart Marketplace)
As part of our value-added services, Addtocart Logistics may offer eligible customers the option to list products on Addtocart.ae, where:
- Golden Grains Foodstuff Trading LLC (GGFT) agrees to purchase products from the customer at a mutually agreed wholesale price
- GGFT manages sales, fulfillment, logistics, and customer delivery
- Products are sold under GGFT’s operational and commercial framework
Payments to Customers
- Payments for products sold under this program will be made within 30 days from the end of the agreed billing cycle, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payments are subject to:
- Successful order completion
- No unresolved customer disputes
- Compliance with agreed product specifications and quality standards
Returns, Refunds & Unsold Inventory (Marketplace Program)
- Consumer-facing returns, if any, are handled by GGFT in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Customers participating in the marketplace program are not entitled to refunds for:
- Unsold inventory
- Returned consumer orders
- Marketing, listing, or operational costs incurred
Any returned or unsold inventory will be managed as per the agreed commercial terms between GGFT and the customer.
3. Cancellations & Service Adjustments
- Requests for cancellation or modification of logistics services must be submitted in writing prior to service commencement.
- Services already rendered, partially rendered, or reserved remain chargeable.
- Last-minute cancellations may be charged in full due to allocated resources and scheduling.
4. Billing Disputes & Adjustments
If you believe an invoice has been issued incorrectly, please notify us within 7 calendar days of the invoice date at info@addtocart.ae.
Upon review, Addtocart Logistics may, at its discretion:
- Issue a billing adjustment, or
- Apply a service credit toward future services
Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
- Accurate product descriptions and specifications
- Compliance with UAE regulations (including food safety where applicable)
- Valid documentation, barcodes, and labeling
Addtocart Logistics and GGFT shall not be held liable for losses or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
