This policy outlines how shipping and delivery services are managed across our logistics operations.
Scope of Delivery Services
Our shipping and delivery services include, but are not limited to:
- Business-to-business (B2B) deliveries across the UAE
- Ambient (dry), chilled, and frozen transportation
- Scheduled and on-demand distribution services
- Multi-drop, route-based, and time-sensitive deliveries
- After-hours and night-time logistics services
Delivery services are provided subject to operational capacity, service selection, and agreed terms.
Delivery Coverage & Permits
Addtocart Logistics operates with the necessary permits and approvals to perform deliveries across multiple emirates, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
This includes authorized delivery access to:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Fujairah
- Other approved regions within the United Arab Emirates
Having permits in place allows us to minimize delays, avoid operational disruptions, and ensure reliable cross-emirate distribution.
Delivery Scheduling & Timelines
- Delivery timelines are scheduled based on the service booked, route planning, and operational availability.
- Delivery times provided are estimated and may be affected by traffic conditions, regulatory checks, weather, or force majeure events.
- Once delivery schedules are confirmed, any changes may result in additional charges.
24/7 Operations
Our logistics operations are designed to support round-the-clock delivery execution.
Once client requirements are confirmed, deliveries may be scheduled:
- During standard business hours
- Overnight or off-peak hours
- On weekends and public holidays, subject to planning and availability
This flexibility allows clients to optimize inventory flow and meet critical delivery windows.
Temperature-Controlled Deliveries
For temperature-sensitive products, we operate distribution services suitable for:
- Ambient (dry) goods
- Chilled products
- Frozen and deep-frozen goods
Clients are responsible for specifying temperature requirements at the time of booking. Addtocart Logistics is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete temperature instructions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
- Accurate delivery addresses and contact details
- Goods are properly packaged, labeled, and compliant with UAE regulations
- Goods are ready and accessible at the agreed pickup or dispatch time
Failed deliveries or delays caused by client-side issues may incur additional charges.
Marketplace & Resale Orders
For products sold via Addtocart.ae under the GGFT resale model, GGFT manages delivery to end customers using its logistics network or approved partners. Consumer-facing delivery handling, where applicable, is managed in accordance with internal procedures and local regulations.
Delays, Losses & Liability
While we strive to meet agreed delivery timelines, Addtocart Logistics shall not be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. Liability, if any, is limited in accordance with our Terms of Service.
